I'm here. Things have been... hectic.

Yes... I'm quitting the fandom and Blue's. There are a few reasons for this.

None of which are personal. It is not because of you - whoever you are. Do not think it is. No particular incident or action by anyone (and no, it's not a bandwagon thing - I made the decision the night before Snail decided to leave, ha) triggered it. I've been thinking about this for weeks now.

I no longer have the time or interest to be an active roleplayer. My commitments would simply weaken and get worse, and none of you deserve me being so tardy when you're all a very stable group of players (which reminds me- any IZ roleplayer reading this who ISN'T in blue's, join them, they're a lot nicer than people take them to be) who are very plot-oriented and character-oriented. Those things require a constant commitment (which, as time has shown, I am very bad at).

I don't feel inspired by Irkens anymore, either, which is more of why I'm quitting the fandom. I have issue drawing them (though I will be finishing my art trades) and little desire TO draw them as I gravitate more towards drawing humans and so forth.

And the biggest issue is that I'm developing a lot of issues I'm not really comfortable showing to other people. It's why I've been a bit dodgy when it comes to roleplaying or, well, talking. I'm not going to go into those much.

I'll still talk to whoever wants to talk to me, and probably still draw my characters, they'll just get hair and .. um, ears and noses and such. I'll probably be dropping out of Bloodsport - I need more time to think on that.

I don't want to leave others to pick up the pieces of what my actions leave behind. That is, I don't want others to have to dodge around mention of my characters because they're gone now. I'll be trying to write, in the next few days, an explanation of what canonically happens to each character. If you're unsatisfied with that or want to tie up loose ends personally with me, IM me. If the Blueverse has decided to collectively ignore the prior existence of my characters, you can go for that too, I guess. If anyone wants to pick up a character I was playing, note me to negotiate that (this only extends to people in Blue's).

And that's that. I'm sorry. To all of you. You're a great bunch - probably the most stable group of roleplayers I've been in despite the spots of drama here and there. It was really fun.
