Well, here it is. The big 150.

150 deviations - 150 pieces of art, not counting my scraps or my old, abandoned account. 150 deviations in over a year's time. This is a pretty important milestone to me.

This piece is a good representation of my current skill level. Compared to three or so years ago, I think I've improved significantly. Not exceptionally, but significantly, and I'm proud.

Even if pixel art is (and will probably always be) an underappreciated genre of art, a genre of slaving over miniscule details for thirty minutes that nobody will be able to see unless their face is inches away from the monitor, and a genre of tilting your head and getting dizzy because of the isometric perspective, I'm proud of what I've done. I've done this kind of art for over four years now, and I doubt I'll stop anytime soon.

With that said, here's to 150 more deviations, and thank you for viewing this.

It's an art form that's needed for all those little pdas and handheld devices.

That's what I do. It's not big bucks, but it's good business.
